Hilary is an experienced health, safety, and risk management leader with over 25 years’ experience in high-risk industries, including more than a decade in the energy sector.
Hilary leads the Health & Safety, Environmental, and Process Safety teams for Todd Energy, overseeing safety strategy across Subsurface, Wells, Major Projects, Engineering, Production, and Generation. Her remit extends across the broader Todd business in New Zealand and Australia.
Hilary holds formal qualifications in occupational health and safety and is a strong advocate for worker-led safety solutions that align with business goals and deliver meaningful, lasting improvements She has been an active member of BeSafe Taranaki since 2013 and values the practical, people focused approach, which she believes has contributed to real, sustainable safety outcomes across the region.
