We are governed through a Board of Trustees and have two key focus areas:
BeAligned – BeAligned was established in 2016 to deliver on initiatives that improve alignment on health, safety and wellbeing expectations for our workplaces and community. The group works collaboratively to promote and influence the membership to implement good, consistent, and aligned safety practices. Examples of this include establishing commonality of training standards; workplace drug & alcohol policy; and safety related learnings communication
BeEngaged – Engage brings together the wider business community with the forum to discuss the issues that we are all facing with our health & safety. Engage hosts events that feature presenters and subject experts to discuss and improve our collective understanding of the trending issues within health and safety. Past presentations and workshops have included -WorkSafe NZ; ACC; Business Leaders Health & Safety Forum; CHASNZ and local community leaders.
