BWBD is a proprietary 5-stage process developed by Leading Safety. It enables the identification and management of work-related factors that either harm or are protective of wellbeing.
The Card Sort Process demonstrated at the workshop is only Stage 2 of the overall process. The others are all equally important to ensure the success of an intervention of this type.
The attached information sheet gives details of the overall process, how you can purchase cards to use in your own organisation and the support that can be provided to ensure the success of this process in your own organisation.
